I count 28 items, and that doesn't even count the multiple hats for each character (5 more characters x 5 hats = 25 slots). Very easy to have a holiday storage at this point.

The only drawback for materials storage is that it only store 250 stack of certain items. It won't take more into one slot meaning that if you have 500 stack of ectos or shards, you can only place in 250 and the rest would be on your character slots.

peoples are lazy and like to complain? 50 Gold times 6.. that only 300 gold which is not hard to make. Hell, a crappy gold drop is usually around 300 gold and you can merchant it to the new upgrade.

What I meant is that the Grenth Presents don't stack with the Dwayna Presents. I've edited it to be more clear.

im happy just up the likmit on the mats. i still have like 2000 of every mat. exepct ecto adn shards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you dont have/want Factions then you dont get/want the extra storage. If you do want the extra storage, then you get Factions. Its that simple.

I do get it...

I don’t want to spend another $50 or what ever it is now for another copy of GW that is poor compared to Prophecies. People have already paid for a copy of GW anyways, so why should Anet only put this on Factions; skills, characters, and terrain is completely understandable to only have in a expansion... but why keep an upgraded storage for Faction players only?

Yeah, without monthly fee, they need to release expansion chapters to rake in the profits. All 5 of my PvE characters has the new storage option but my ele who is like my mule is stuck at ascalon. Guess i won't transfer her material any time soon.

i have a mule at Ascalon only and all i did was empty the vault onto the other character (s) and dump her material (s) into the vault.

switch to a character with the tab , pick them up and toss them into the materials.

SIDENOTE

is anybody putting valuable items into the materials tab yet?

like ECTOS/SHARDS/RUBYS/SAPHIRES or are you going to wait a bit for a glitch to make them go poof? and play safe?

Yeah, how cheap of ANET to not charge a monthly fee and yet charge us 50$ for a new chapter. How dare they try to turn this into a business too.

And how dare they FORCE people to buy Chapter 2 JUST for the storage. We should all get what we want for free.
